Khayal Salimov

The rebranding of Khayal Salimov was designed as a holistic identity system that extends far beyond a single logo.

The visual language balances bold minimalism with cinematic imagery, reflecting both Khayal’s personality and the scale of his projects. Each element — from website to merchandise — works as part of a modular grid, where clarity and experimentation coexist. The rebrand connects his commercial, music, and film work under one cohesive symbol. It positions Khayal not just as a director, but as a brand with presence and consistency across every medium. At its core lies the dual-circle emblem — a flexible and timeless form that adapts seamlessly across digital, print, and environmental media.

The identity was built to reflect Khayal’s work in music videos, commercials, and fashion, creating a visual ecosystem that speaks to his multidisciplinary practice. Minimalist in structure yet bold in presence, the design balances functional clarity with room for creative disruption. The website adopts a modular grid where projects are framed through the brand’s signature symbol, turning navigation into a branded experience.

Merchandise, stationery, and digital applications further amplify the identity, ensuring consistency in every interaction. The visual direction pairs strong typography with cinematic stills, placing Khayal himself at the intersection of author and brand. Every element — from the placement of the KS mark to the color strategy — was considered to maintain recognition while allowing expressive freedom.

This rebrand positions Khayal as not only a director but as a cultural figure whose name carries a distinctive visual presence. It is a system designed to grow with him, shaping how his work is seen and remembered across industries.
